The utility billing function includes the in-house processing of water/sewer billings. This process includes calculation of water and sewer rates as well as management of quarterly billing statements and receipts.

Electronic Utility Bill PaymentThis service is available to St. Anthony residents. Payments can be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. To sign up, first download the Electronic Utility Billing Application Form (PDF). After you complete the form, mail or drop it off at City Hall. 2023 Current Residential Water Rates
|0 - 7,500 Gallons||$3.27 Per 1,000 Gallons|
|7,500 - 15,000 Gallons||$3.45 Per 1,000 Gallons|
|15,000 - 22,500 Gallons||$3.80 Per 1,000 Gallons|
|22,500 - 30,000 Gallons||$4.35 Per 1,000 Gallons|
|Over 30,000 Gallons||$5.45 Per 1,000 Gallons|
Irrigation rate is $4.35 per 1,000 gallons.
The City's water is 17 to 18 grains of hardness, but with a water softener it could be 11 to 12 grains hardness.
The current quarterly residential storm water charge is $16.85, effective first quarter of 2022.
Current Residential Sewer Rates
Sewer fee is based on first quarter's water usage:
- $4.73 per 1,000 gallons, quarterly collection system charge $19.25 per residential equivalency unit.
These rates are effective with the first billing in April 2023.
